Log in Guide

Click on “Get Started” or “Become a shareholder” on the homepage.

Enter the same email address previously used in CoinFLEX. Agree to the Privacy Policy.

If the email corresponds with your previous email address used at CoinFLEX.com, and if you are an eligible creditor, you will receive a verification email within the next 15 minutes (check spam folder).

Click on the link to verify the email and reset the password.

Select Metamask and agree to CoinFLEX’s Privacy Policy then click on Connect with Metamask.

Select Metamask wallet from the options.

Click on Connect in the pop-up window.

After connecting the wallet, click on Sign with Metamask to link your email.

Click on Confirm to proceed linking the email.

Link your email to the metamask wallet by entering a valid email to receive the verification email. If the wallet connected is not an eligible creditor, you will NOT receive the verification email.

Click on the link in the email to complete the binding process and verify the email.

Email binding to the wallet success message.

When logging in next time, use Metamask method to log in.

In the dashboard, click on “Submit KYC”.

Select the type of account. For Individual accounts ensure to upload certified true copies of the ID + address proof documents as listed, in addition, upload a recent CV or biography. The CV or biography does not require certification.

For Corporate accounts, select the type of entity and upload the relevant supporting documents accordingly. Ensure all documents are certified true copies.

After uploading the files, click on Submit on the last KYC page.
