This website will be used for CoinFLEX creditors with Scheme Creditor Claim below the Creditor Allocation Threshold ("Share Trust Creditor") (as defined in the Scheme of Arrangement Term Sheet) to submit KYC to claim equity of CoinFLEX, following the Seychelles court approval of CoinFLEX restructuring proposal.
Use the function on the homepage to check whether you are an eligible Share Trust Creditor. Enter the same email account registered with CoinFLEX.com. An email will be sent to the inbox to inform you whether you are an eligible creditor or not within 15 minutes.
After entering the same email account registered with CoinFLEX in the log in page, you will be asked to verify the email and reset the password.
As an equity holder, you will receive beneficial ownership rights (via a trust) in the company and may be entitled to certain rights such as receiving dividend and other distribution from the company if declared.
